Rob is the founder and president of THE Creative. As an architect that has practiced for 20 years in the Chicago market, he brings significant experience in design and planning. His role in THE Creative is to search out and acquire properties, design the homes, develop the interiors, execute the construction drawings, coordinate the engineering and construction teams and facilitate project construction.

Gretchen Muller

Gretchen is an attorney and publicist who works for THE Creative on a project specific basis. Her strengths are in marketing, business development, researching products and trends, understanding the buyers’ needs and raising awareness. She will lead sales efforts, help raise awareness of THE Creative's brand and manage quality control of the product.
